Johanna Jarl

Johanna Jarl has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Johanna currently holds the position of CHRO/SVP Human Resources at Mycronic since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AFRY, where they served as the VP and Head of HR Infrastructure Division from 2020 to 2022. Johanna also held the position of VP and Head of HR & Communication Industry Division from 2018 to 2019. Before AFRY, Johanna worked at ÅF, where they were the Director of Strategy Implementation & Change from 2017 to 2018. Johanna also held the role of Head of HR Energy Division from 2015 to 2018 and Director of Talent Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to ÅF, they worked at SSAB as the Director of Strategy & Integration SSAB Europe from 2014 to 2015 and as a Strategy & Business Development Manager from 2011 to 2014. Johanna started their career at Accenture as a Manager specialized in organizational development, change management, talent management, and HR development from 2006 to 2011.

Johanna Jarl earned a Master's degree in Business Economics with international specialization from Uppsala University, studying from 2002 to 2006.
