Per-Erik Gustafsson

Per-Erik Gustafsson has over 18 years of experience at Mycronic, currently serving as Head of Group Business Control and Corporate Planning, reporting directly to the CFO and Senior VP of Corporate Development. Gustafsson has held various leadership roles, including Director of Corporate Planning & Control, where responsibilities included optimizing business opportunities and aligning strategy with market goals. Previously, Gustafsson managed logistics and operations, directed product strategies, and led market intelligence initiatives. Prior to Mycronic, Gustafsson worked as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Co, providing management consulting and industry analysis. Gustafsson holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology and has further education from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
