Michael Payne's work experience begins with their most recent role as a Data Analyst at MyCSP Ltd starting in June 2021.

Michael also took on the role of Breach Coordinator, leading the resolution of multiple issues.

Starting in November 2009 and lasting until May 2013, Michael worked at Prudential plc as an Annuities Customer Service Executive. Initially, they reviewed HMRC data transfer files and processed tax payments. Michael later took on more responsibilities, including letter writing, outbound customer calls, training new starters, and supporting them in tax work and processes.

Michael's earlier work experience includes roles as a Chef De Partie at The George Pub & Restaurant, Verve Bar & Restaurant, Bel & The Dragon, and Nirvana Health Spa, where they worked from 2003 to 2009 in various chef positions.

Michael Payne attended Maiden Erlegh School from 1997 to 2003 and obtained their GSCE's. Michael then pursued further education at the University of West London from 2003 to 2005, where they completed a City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking, specializing in Hospitality & Catering. Later, in 2005, Michael enrolled at Thames Valley University for a year-long City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 course in Kitchen and Larder, also in the field of Hospitality & Catering.
