Nicola Kearns

Nicola Kearns has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Nicola started their career as an Operational Architect at Barclays Bank PLC in 2003 and worked there until 2005. After that, they joined Paymentshield as a Project Manager and was responsible for managing projects from 2007 to 2010. Nicola then moved on to Towergate Partnership Ltd, where they served as the Head of Programme for Paymentshield and Network Divisions. In this role, they led a team of Project Managers and oversaw the delivery of change initiatives from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they joined Paymentshield again as a Change Integration Leader and played a significant role in integrating changes from 2013 to 2016. Nicola then transitioned to FCA and served as a Planning & Control Manager from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they work at MyCSP Ltd as a PMO Analyst, starting from 2018.

Nicola Kearns completed their primary education at St Helenas from 1977 to 1983. Following that, they attended Lancaster University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Mathematics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nicola also obtained two certifications in project management - Prince2 2009 Practitioner from APMG in 2010 and Prince2 2005 Practitioner from APMG in 2005.
