Steve joined the Equiniti Group in November 2015 as Head of Finance for Group Central Functions responsible for finance business partnering to Group IT, Group Operations and all central head office functions. In Jan 2019 he became Finance Director for EQInvest and Equiniti Financial Services Limited, the Group’s FCA regulated entity responsible for share dealing services and programmes for employees, shareholders of corporate client and retail investors. In March 2020 he was appointed as Finance Director for EQPaymaster and CFO of MyCSP.
Steve has previously held senior finance roles at Colt Technology and British Telecom. He trained as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent 5 years as a management consultant at Ernst & Young where he supported financial performance improvement programmes at the Home Office, EDF Energy, GSK and British Telecom.
