Chico Lockhart is an experienced outreach professional with a background in social work, holding a Bachelor's Degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Block by Block Outreach Support since June 2019, Chico provides support and insights to outreach accounts nationwide and advises downtown Business Improvement Districts on engaging with individuals facing homelessness. Previously, Chico was part of the Homeless Act Team at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, focusing on case management for individuals with severe mental health issues from November 2016 to November 2017. Additionally, Chico fulfills the role of Outreach Coordinator at Downtown Cincinnati Inc.
