Jane Ribergaard Fosgrau

Jane Ribergaard Fosgrau has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Consultant at Nordvestjysk Handelsgymnasium. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Planning Manager at Sonofon, where they focused on managing consultants and improving support systems. Jane Ribergaard then joined Region Nordjylland as an Erhvervskonsulent / Project Manager, where they managed and monitored regional structural funds programs and provided counseling and support to applicants seeking advice on EU projects.

In 2014, Jane became the Chief Consultant Funding and Project Management at Aarhus School of Architecture, where they handled funding and project management responsibilities. Jane Ribergaard then moved to Væksthus Nordjylland in 2015 as the Udviklingsansvarlig / Head of Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects, programs, and initiatives aiming to unlock growth and innovation in SMEs and entrepreneurs. Jane Ribergaard also led international projects for improving SME competitiveness and had experience in improving policies at European and regional levels.

In 2018, they joined GomSpace as a Business Development Manager, where they developed and managed project opportunities, coordinated kick-offs with R&D, and participated in relevant events to optimize the company's benefit from R&D programs. Jane Ribergaard later became the Director of Business Development and then the Director of Sales & Business Development until 2023.

Currently, Jane is the Commercial Director at MyDefence since June 2023.

Jane Ribergaard Fosgrau completed their education at Aalborg University in Denmark. From 1998 to 2003, they pursued a degree in Marketing and obtained a Cand. merc. qualification. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Jane studied Organization, Strategy, and Leadership and earned a HD degree from the same institution.
