Alain PENAULT

Alain PENEAULT has extensive work experience in the technology industry, spanning over three decades. Alain began their career as a Project Manager at Imedia International in 1988 and remained in this role until 1993. Following this, they joined France Télévisions as a Multimedia Product Manager from 1994 to 1997.

In 1998, Alain joined BVRP as the Director of Product Management, where they contributed to the company's product development strategies until 2004. Alain then moved on to Avanquest Software, initially serving as the Director of OEM Marketing and Sales from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they took on the role of Director of OEM EMEA Division. Lastly, they held the position of Vice President of Mobile Technologies EMEA & Asia at Avanquest Software from 2011 to 2014.

Alain PENAULT's most recent role is IoT Business Development Director - EMEA & Asia at myDevices. Since joining the company in 2014, they have been responsible for empowering engineers and enterprises to design, prototype, and commercialize IoT solutions. Alain'swork at myDevices focuses on simplifying the connected world by providing development tools for various IoT verticals, such as smart buildings, smart agriculture, cold chain, and asset tracking.

Alain PENAULT's education history begins in 1983 when they completed their A Levels at Lycée Ernest Renan - St Brieuc. In the following year, from 1984 to 1985, they pursued a BTEC Higher National Diploma in IT and Finance at IUT Lannion. Subsequently, from 1986 to 1987, Alain obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing and New Media from Institut Image et Communication.
