Christina Specos has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Starting in 2000, they worked as the Director of Sports Performance for Lightning Fast Training Systems, where they created and implemented sports performance programs for athletes. Christina Specos, also had a role as a Group Fitness Instructor at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2007. From 2003 to 2011, they were the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Lawrenceville School. During this time, they also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at both the RWJ Center for Health and Wellness and the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center. In 2011, they joined Purdue University as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning and played a significant role in developing a new Sports Performance department. In 2018, they held multiple roles including Elite Level Performance, Lifestyle, Wellness and Financial Influencer at Specos Enterprises, LLC, where they were also the owner. Additionally, they served as an Independent Distributor for Enagic, helping people improve their health through the use of medical-grade water devices. Christina Specos, was also the Executive Vice President at myEcon ~ Financial Success Company, and an Elite Level Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Lifestyle Consultant at www.ChristinaSpecos.com. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in consulting, training, coaching, and presenting at various events and organizations.

Christina Specos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Christina Specos, attended the university from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they further pursued their education at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy (PSMT), where they earned a degree in Massage Therapy with a focus on Professional and Medical Massage Therapy.

In 2006 to 2007, Christina Specos attended PennWest California and obtained a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Additionally, they participated in the Athletes' Performance Mentorship Phases 1 and 2, although specific start and end years were not provided for this program.
