Carly Nielson has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Carly currently works as a Finance Manager at MyEducator. Prior to that, they were a Payroll & Accounting Manager at Altius Test Prep, LLC from September 2017 to March 2022. From January 2012 to June 2017, they worked as a Payroll & Finance Manager at Epic Relays. Carly also has experience as a Library Financial Manager at Utah Valley University from September 2008 to January 2015. Before that, they held various roles at Brigham Young University, including Teaching Assistant and Research Project Student Manager. Carly also worked as an Auction Events Intern at Ouelessebougou-Utah Alliance and an Executive Education Intern at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Carly's experience includes budget management, financial operations, accounting responsibilities, and coordinating programs and events.

Carly Nielson pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, Carly enrolled in the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where they completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. During their master's program, they focused on Financial Analysis & Human Resources Management as their field of study.
