Aj Lacsamana

AJ Lacsamana is a Development Manager at Myers-Holum. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Oracle from February 2017 to July 2019. Aj has also been involved in the NetSuite SuiteInspire Initiative as the Lead Designer and Developer.

AJ has been a key senior resource for ACS client projects, more notably; iHeartMedia. Aj has been travelling onsite in the US along with Deloitte Digital since last fall to implement this project. Aj has been involved in translating the customer's functional requirements into technical design documents, leading technical scoping sessions, and code/script development utilizing the following: SuiteScript 2.0 (Suitelets, User Event, Client, Map Reduce, etc.), HTML/CSS, Freemarker and Advanced PDF/HTML Templates). After an extensive and collaborative effort, the client has successfully gone live in March 2019.

The success of this project led to AJ presenting a session at SuiteWorld 2019 in Las Vegas on utilizing SuiteScript and FreeMarker to customize invoice PDF's solution.

As the Lead designer and developer on the NetSuite SuiteInspire Initiative, AJ spent 1000+ hours designing and developing the help chat bot initiative. The prototype was built within the core NetSuite Product by incorporating Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, to analyze user questions and output help answers. Powered by a machine learning algorithm to weight the answers given back to the user. This solution is currently in the phase of being productized. This solution was developed using SuiteScript 2.0.

The success of this initiative led to AJ demoing the solution to customers as a session at SuiteWorld 2018 in Las Vegas.

Aj Lacsamana has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from McMaster University. Aj also has certification from NetSuite in NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation.
