Ruben Aedo

Ruben Aedo is a Senior Consultant at Myers-Holum. Ruben has over 3 years of experience in the payments industry and has held various positions in both the public and private sector.

Most recently, Ruben was the VP Payment Sales North America at Buckzy Payments Inc., where they were responsible for API integrations, payments, banking, SaaS, NaaS, BaaS, IoT and financial services. Prior to that, Ruben was the Director of Corporate FX Sales and Payments at Exchange Bank of Canada, where they led strategic initiatives in relationship building, sales and business development efforts.

Ruben has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals while consistently exceeding customer service experience goals. Ruben is a skilled communicator and problem solver who is able to work across teams to find hidden opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Ruben Aedo has a degree in finance and financial management services from the CFA Institute. Ruben also has a bachelor's degree in commerce with a focus on global management from Ryerson University. In addition, they have an international business degree from Centennial College.
