Erika Lewis Carr

Erika Lewis Carr, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Program Manager for HR Compliance and Employee Relations at MyEyeDr. since January 2022. Previously, Erika held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Chesapeake Search Partners from October 2020 to January 2022. With a solid background in human resources, Erika contributed significantly to Nationwide from May 2001 to September 2020, progressing through various roles including Human Resources Business Partner and Specialist, where strategic support for claims organizations was provided. Earlier positions included managing a claims unit, leading quality specialists, and overseeing home care supervisors and claims adjusters. Erika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Morgan State University.
