Halie Schottelkotte

Halie Schottelkotte is a seasoned professional in human resources and program management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Special Projects at MyEyeDr. since August 2019. With a focus on enhancing employee engagement and fostering positive company culture, Halie has taken on various roles within MyEyeDr., including Sr. Program Manager for ESG and Special Projects and Program Manager for HR Effectiveness. Prior to MyEyeDr., Halie worked at Wing Eyecare as Support and Innovation Manager, where initiatives aimed at reducing turnover were implemented. Additional experience includes retail management at Frameri, where a new location was successfully opened, and technical roles in optometry practices. Halie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
