Semisi Katoa is an IT professional with extensive experience in providing user support, software and hardware solutions, as well as network troubleshooting. Currently, Semisi serves as an IT Support Technician II at MyEyeDr. since October 2021, where responsibilities include system imaging and deployment. Previously, Semisi worked as an Information Technology Specialist and Account Manager at Frontpoint, focusing on security and home automation services.
