Tonya Gray, QKA, QPFC, CBP, is an experienced professional in benefits management and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at MyEyeDr. Previously, Tonya held key positions at Credit Suisse as Head of Benefits for the Americas and at Discovery Inc as Vice President of Total Rewards, Vice President of Benefits, and Director of Retirement Plans.
