Vanessa Bernarding

Vanessa Bernarding, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at MyEyeDr. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various leadership positions at Total Wine & More from January 2014 to August 2021, including Vice President of Human Resources for Stores & HR Operations and Vice President of Human Resources for Talent, Rewards, Analytics & Corporate Consulting. Vanessa's experience also includes roles at the U.S. Department of State, AvalonBay Communities, and Dick's Sporting Goods, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and talent development. Vanessa earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
