Rachelle obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Everest University-South Orlando, graduating between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same institution, completing their studies between 2013 and 2015.

Before attending Everest University, Rachelle Hayward attended Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering/Radiation Protection, specializing in Radiation Protection/Health Physics Technician. Additionally, during this time, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Phlebotomy.

Aside from their formal education, Hayward has acquired multiple certifications. Rachelle obtained certifications in various subjects such as onboarding new hires, administrative human resources, communication, creating a culture of learning, creative thinking, getting things done, hiring and developing the future workforce, human resources foundations, managerial economics, Microsoft Excel for decision analysis, negotiating leadership skills, problem-solving techniques, time management fundamentals, transitioning from an individual contributor to a manager, transitioning from a manager to a leader, and writing under a deadline. These certifications were obtained from Lynda.com and Project Management Institute between 2017 and 2022.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Rachelle Hayward also holds a certification as a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician, obtained from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) in April 2011. Furthermore, they have aspirations of becoming a real estate broker/sales agent and plans to obtain this certification from the SC Real Estate Commission in June 2022.
