Kinnari Thakker

Kinnari Thakker currently serves as Chief Experience Officer at MyFi since January 2024 and as Chief Design Officer for India at TIFIN since February 2022. Kinnari co-founded Rooted Objects and 1st Main, both of which were involved with notable clients like WeWork India and The Marg Foundation, with Rooted Objects being sold to The TIFIN Group in 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Experience Designer at Fluid with a client portfolio of high-profile brands such as Scholastic and Ralph Lauren, and as Senior Interaction Designer at OgilvyOne Worldwide, contributing to projects for American Express and IBM. Kinnari has also held educational positions, including Design Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University and has been involved in interaction design at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Diploma in Design and Technology from Srishti Manipal Institute.
