Lisa Drumbore

Lisa Drumbore currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Saint Peter's Healthcare System, a position held since March 2001. In this role, Lisa is responsible for developing and implementing service and guest relations strategies, leading to a significant increase in patient satisfaction from the 49th to the 95th percentile and establishing the organization as a top performer in HCAHPS. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Director of Service Excellence at CentraState Healthcare System from 1996 to 2001 and also served as the Director of Communication & Development. Lisa holds a Mini-MBA in Strategic Healthcare Management from Rutgers Business School, a Master's degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
