Elise Hebert

Elise Hebert has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Elise began their career in 1998 as a Recruiter for Sprint Paranet and later worked as a Technical Recruiter for Paranet. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Contractor Recruiter before taking on the role of Business Development Manager at Plaza Personnel in 2001. Elise then joined Cerner as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Campus Recruiting Lead from 2004 to 2005. This was followed by a role as an HR Business Partner at Perceptive Software from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, Elise served as the HR Director at Intouch Solutions until 2015. Elise then joined Covenant Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2016 to 2022. Currently, Elise is working at MyFitnessPal as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, starting in January 2022. Additionally, they were a Board Member at Kansas Workforce Partnership from 2010 to 2012.

Elise Hebert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Truman State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Diversity Recruiting," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2022.
