Randy Beringer

Randy Beringer is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product and interaction design, currently serving as VP of Product Design at MyFitnessPal since September 2024. Previously, Beringer held the position of Head of Design at WayBetter from 2021 to September 2024, where efforts in gamification and social support significantly boosted subscription rates. Beringer also worked as Senior Director, Head of Design at WW from 2015 to 2021, modernizing the brand's digital experience and markedly increasing app ratings. Additional roles include adjunct professor in Interaction Design at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2024, and several senior-level positions at notable agencies such as McCann Worldgroup and SapientRazorfish. Beringer holds an MS in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a BS in Architecture and Electronic Media Arts and Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
