Michael Melnychuk

Michael Melnychuk has extensive experience in the employee benefits sector, serving as an Employee Benefit Consultant since June 1987, specializing in employer-funded health plans. Michael has held key roles such as Business Advisor at MyFormulary and Tip a ScRxipt, and has contributed to the National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators as an Emeritus Board Member and Past President since June 2013. As the Founder and CEO of HR Simplified, Inc. until its acquisition by Ascensus in 2019, and as President of Melnychuk Financial Group until its acquisition by Gallagher in 2010, Michael has demonstrated visionary leadership and innovative problem-solving throughout a distinguished career. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
