Kumar Gowda R began their work experience in 2018 as a Student Trainee at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket. kumar then proceeded to work as a Student Internship at Mandovi Motors Pvt.Ltd. In 2020, they joined MyGate as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they held the role of Quality Assurance Engineer until October 2022 when they were promoted to Quality Assurance Engineer 1.

Kumar Gowda R completed a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from H M S Institute of Technology, TUMKUR, from the years 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) with a specialization in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from PES College of Engineering, Mandya, from 2016 to 2019.
