Swapnil Singh Pawar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Swapnil Singh started their career at Oxys Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Associate Software Engineer in October 2012 and worked there until March 2017. Swapnil Singh then joined Accunity HR Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer for a brief period from April 2017 to December 2017. Following this, in December 2017, they joined Sling TV as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and specialized in automating mobile and web-based applications using Java, Selenium, and Appium. Swapnil Singh worked on various testing domains, including multimedia, smart TV, IP streaming, and place-shifting applications on mobile and browser. In September 2020, Swapnil became a Team Lead Quality Assurance Engineer II at Sling TV and held this position until December 2022. Currently, they are working at MyGate as a QA & Program Manager, starting in October 2022.

Swapnil Singh Pawar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical And Telecommunications Engineering from Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute Of Technology in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their 12th Standard from Nirmala Convent School, Korba.
