Randy Torres has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy currently serves as the Market President at Generations Bank and was previously the EVP Commercial Lender at the same company. Prior to their current role, Randy held various positions at DaySpring Cards, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager. Randy also worked as the Director of Business Development at Soderquist Leadership. In addition, Randy has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at Arvest Bank in roles such as VP Sr. Private Banking Officer, VP Treasury Management Manager, and AVP Commercial Lending/Business Development. Before their career in banking, Randy was the Part-Time Community Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church. Randy started their professional journey as the Owner/Operator of EnviroCare.

Randy Torres holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from John Brown University, which was attained from 2010 to 2012. Randy also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Ministry from the same university, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Randy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University, graduating from 1989 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Randy obtained a Birkman Certified Professional certification from Birkman in 2018, a Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2017, and completed the Walton Institute in 2011.
