Jenna O'Connell

Jenna O'Connell is a dedicated education professional and social entrepreneur, currently serving as Co-Founder of The Posify Group since July 2018, where the focus is on empowering the workforce of the future through unique potential development and human capabilities. Concurrently, Jenna works as an Education Officer at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council since September 2020, leading educational programs to enhance community engagement. Previous roles include teaching at St Joseph's Regional College, owning a creative arts initiative called Think Happy, and a variety of positions in administration and recruitment. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Education and a Graduate Certificate in Education Studies from the University of New England, along with a degree in Creative Arts from Macquarie University.
