Chandler Lieb

Chandler Lieb is a Customer Support Specialist at MyGov since February 2023, bringing a strong background in technical support and leadership from previous roles. At Microsoft from May 2021 to November 2022, Chandler served as a Queue Manager for Azure Identity, handling L1 troubleshooting and acting as an escalation point for customer complaints while managing strict SLAs. Prior military experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army from September 2015 to February 2021 involved significant leadership responsibilities, overseeing teams and managing high-value equipment.
