Anna Milkman

Anna Milkman has extensive experience in localization and technical support within the tech industry, currently serving as the Head of Localization at MyHeritage since January 2008. In this role, Anna manages a diverse team of technical writers and translators, overseeing the creation and editing of content for the company’s Support Center and coordinating the transition to a new support platform. Previous roles at MyHeritage include Translations Project Manager, where Anna coordinated internationalization in 42 languages, and Technical Support Engineer, providing assistance to English and Russian-speaking customers. Before joining MyHeritage, Anna worked as an Email Campaign Manager at Enigma Flowers Ltd and held positions in database management and education. Anna holds an M.A. in Sociology and Education from Tel Aviv University.
