Arthur Ben Simon

Arthur Ben Simon is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success, account management, and business development. Currently serving as a Retention Account Manager at MyHeritage since March 2022, Arthur is focused on upselling, account reactivation, and churn prevention across North America, Europe, and Australia. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager at Investir dans l'ancien, Arthur provided comprehensive solutions for real estate investments in France. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Development Representative at Webeyez, where Arthur contributed to enhancing eCommerce solutions, and as a Non-Commissioned Officer at COGAT, coordinating government activities under the Ministry of Defense. Arthur holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Reichman University and a Master's degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Aix, with prior education at Indiana University Bloomington.
