Alex P Kunz MS, MBA, ACSM-EP has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles such as Rehabilitation Aide and Intern at UPMC, Intern at Innovative Wellness Solutions (IWS), Business Development Manager and Digital Health Coach at Wellbridge Health, and VITAL - Business Development at Highmark Health. In 2017, they became an Owner of MedTech Assessment, and in 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of Tectonic Health. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor and VP Growth and Strategy at Tectonic Health, and in 2022, they were appointed as the evrmore PAC - Champion for Care Optimization.

Alex P Kunz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2011-2015. Alex P then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Health, Physical Activity, and Chronic Disease from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016-2017. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from LUMA Institute. In 2014, they obtained an Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Point Park University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
