Elida Zgjani, SHRM-CP has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Elida began their career in 2012 as an Associate Human Resources Generalist at Syncsort, where they were promoted to Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Contract Compliance Administrator. In their role as Contract Compliance Administrator, they were responsible for processing new business and license renewals and ensuring compliance with corporate, divisional, and pricing policies and procedures. In 2020, Elida joined myHR Partner, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and was later promoted to Human Resources Manager.

Elida Zgjani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Stockton University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained in 2019. In January 2020, Elida earned their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
