Erin McAteer, PHR, SHRM-CP

Erin McAteer, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Erin began their career as a Customer Rep. at Pearson Education in 1998. Erin then moved to Adecco as a Recruiter in 1999. In 2004, they joined Kohl's Department Stores as a Recruiting Assistant and Elite Personnel as a Sr. Recruiter. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Symrise Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for the direct staffing process for direct hire, temporary, and intern employees for six North American locations. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at CoWorx Staffing Services as a Senior HR Generalist, providing HR expertise to Operations Managers, administering ADA and FMLA, and resolving compliant issues. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at ABEC as an HR Generalist. Currently, they are employed at myHR Partner, Inc., where they have held the roles of HR Manager and Human Resources Director since 2016.

Erin McAteer, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained a BA in English from Rutgers University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2018, they obtained an Extended DISC certification from Extended DISC. In 2021, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM and in 2022, they obtained a Professional, Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
