Rachel Johnson

Rachel Johnson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational design. Currently serving as the Director of HR Programs at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. since December 2021, Rachel has also held roles as Sr HR Program Manager and Senior Organization Designer within the same organization. Prior to this position, Rachel worked as a Consultant at Abrigo from September 2020 to November 2021 and spent 14 years at Wells Fargo, where roles included Regional Operational Risk Consultant, Senior Private Banking Risk Associate, Securities Operations Service Specialist Lead, and Lead Teller. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
