MIX. DRINK. SOAR.

MyHy helps you maintain electrolyte balance by drinking in what you sweat out! No unnecessary neon colors or fancy foodie flavor blends. It's like having a screaming eagle unleashed in your drink helping you soar to new heights with the hydration nature intended.

During his time as quarterback with the Green Bay Packers, MyHy’s founder, Matt Flynn, formed a relationship with one of the world’s top athletic nutritionists who had years of experience helping professional athletes, Olympians, and extreme sports stars achieve their highest potential. He put Matt through a series of sweat studies and prescribed him a unique hydration protocol designed to replenish exactly what he lost through sweating. This allowed Matt to consistently perform better than ever and sparked his mission to design a product that could do this for everyone.

The result is MyHy, a liquid electrolyte drink-mix formulated to restore exactly what you lose when you sweat. Because it’s based on sweat studies and formulated to match the concentration of sweat, MyHy gives everyone the closest thing to tailored hydration. With MyHy, hard-working men and women have access to the elite hydration available to top-performing athletes and Olympians, allowing them the freedom to soar to new heights.
