Joe Turso

Joe Turso has extensive experience in the IT industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Joe is currently the Director of Operations at My IT Crew starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Owner and MSP Consultant at River City Logix from 2020, where they focused on improving service delivery for Managed Services Providers and developing processes for a better customer experience.

Before that, Joe was the Operations Catalyst at Antisyn from 2017 to 2020, overseeing a $2M Technology Support company and providing strategic and operational leadership. Joe also served as the CEO and Operations Manager at Integrity Consulting Group - Trusted Technology Advisors from 2015 to 2016, where they managed a team of employees and third-party vendors to support over 118 clients.

Joe's earlier experiences include working as the Director of Operations at iVenture Solutions from 2008 to 2015, where they played an instrumental role in growing the business and supporting over 52 clients. Joe also worked at Enterprise Integration, Inc. as a Service Delivery Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer from 2005 to 2008, and as a System Engineer at CSX via TekSystems from 2002 to 2005.

Joe's career began as an IT Manager at Ameri-Force, Inc. in 2000, where they successfully designed and managed internal IT systems to improve system availability.

Throughout their career, Joe Turso has proven their ability to provide strategic, operational, and fiscal leadership while driving growth and optimizing service delivery in the IT industry.
