Mike Reeves

Mike Reeves has extensive experience in operations and customer engagement within the automotive SaaS space. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Customer Engagement at myKaarma since January 2022, Reeves focuses on platform adoption, revenue generation, and consultative analysis. Prior roles include Director of Field Operations at Sunbit, where leadership facilitated the successful implementation of a POS FinTech platform during a period of significant growth. At Cox Automotive Inc., Reeves oversaw performance management operations across multiple countries, acted as an Enterprise Client liaison, and facilitated workshops and reviews. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Xtime, EchoTrade, and Nissan North America, where achievements included increases in client engagement and operational efficiencies. Reeves holds a BS in Marketing and Organizational Management from La Salle University.
