Nikhil Gupta is a Software Engineer II at myKaarma, where responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of text messaging, email, and calling architectures. Nikhil played a key role in developing the FollowUp and Universal Messaging products, enhancing communication for car dealers in the US and Canada. Previously, Nikhil served as a Software Development Intern at myKaarma, focusing on building a payments system for the Android application and integrating the openEdge payment device. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and completed AISSCE in Science at DL DAV Model School. Proficient in Android, Java, Spring, Docker, openEdge, Pubnub, and Retrofit.
