Kristina Hoppe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Teamleader Operations at MYKITA GmbH since May 2014, Kristina oversees a team of eight in the production department, focusing on target achievement, workflow optimization, and interdepartmental communication. Prior roles include founding and managing Café Hilde in Berlin, where Kristina developed business concepts and organized events, and working as an Artist's Assistant at Studio Michael John Whelan, contributing to various artistic projects. Kristina began a career in retail at the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, enhancing customer service skills. Academically, Kristina holds a Master of Arts from the National College of Art & Design and a Bachelor of Arts from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
