Lidia Bueno

Lidia Bueno has extensive experience in the retail and optometry sectors, currently serving as Head of Retail Europe & APAC at MYKITA since December 2010. In this role, Lidia is responsible for enhancing the overall performance of MYKITA's retail operations across owned and franchise shops in Europe and Asia Pacific, focusing on staff motivation, service quality, and customer experience. Prior to this, Lidia held positions as Global Retail Coach and participated in the MYKITA Retail Talent Program. Lidia's career also includes serving as Store Manager & Optometrist at Bassol Optic and as a Sales Advisor & Optometrist at Óptica Bulevard. Lidia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, along with various courses in leadership, image consulting, and advanced photography.
