Ram Ray

Ram Ray has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ram currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Mylab Discovery Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading medical equipment manufacturing company. In this role, Ram is responsible for identifying and nurturing growth opportunities for the company, particularly in expanding the molecular diagnostics services network across different geographies and healthcare services.

Prior to their current position, Ram founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Wizita Healthcare Private Limited, a startup focused on point-of-care diagnostics using cutting-edge technology. Ram aimed to prevent highly preventable health conditions through non-invasive diagnostic techniques.

Ram also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited, one of the largest integrated diagnostics companies in India, where they oversaw various aspects of operations, sales, revenue, and marketing. Additionally, they played a key role in strategic initiatives, business development, and geographic expansion evaluations.

Earlier in their career, Ram worked as the Director of Retail Business and P&L Head at Healthspring - Family Health Experts, where they managed multiple functions such as marketing, service delivery, talent development, and customer life cycle management. Prior to that, they served as the Country Head of ET Learning Solutions at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., leading the company's training and education businesses.

Ram also has experience with Manipal Global Education Services as the Country Head of Delivery and Regional Sales Head and with Bolster Management Services Pvt Ltd as the Founder and CEO. In the initial years of their career, they worked in sales and managerial roles at HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, and IDBI Bank.

Ram Ray has an MBA (International Business) degree with a focus on Finance, Strategy & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Ram also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, and Finance from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Digital Transformation from the Stanford University Department of Management Science & Engineering. In 2022, they received a certification in Digital Transformation from Stanford Online.
