Kathleen Gibson has an extensive work experience in marketing and business development. Kathleen began their career in 1998 as the Marketing Business Development Manager at E Ink Corporation, a premier start-up in Cambridge, MA. In 2001, they became the National Account Director at the Public Broadcasting Service, where they managed corporate partnerships for nationally televised programming. In 2008, they were appointed Group Account Director at DDB, where they directed global marketing efforts for Hasbro Inc.'s Game Division. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Consumer Marketing at Aetna, where they created and deployed a new B2C healthcare marketing team. In 2016, they became Senior Manager of LEGO's Global D2C Marketing, developing and executing strategic and creative marketing, brand, and communication strategies. Finally, in 2020, they were appointed Strategic Marketing and Product Lead at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Most recently, in 2022, they became Head of Marketing at myLAB Box™ - At Home Health Testing, creating a new standard of people-focused, diagnostic-driven care.

Kathleen Gibson earned a B.A. in Communications from Wittenberg University, followed by a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Marketing Strategy and Executive Management.
