Sarah J. McCrea-Dameron

Sarah J. McCrea-Dameron currently serves as the Director of Clinical Training and Development at myLaurel, a venture aimed at enhancing high-acuity home care. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Sarah has been a Board Member at Southern Nevada CHIPs since 2013, contributing to innovative social services. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Clinical Training and Development at Ready from January 2022 to March 2023 and spent over two decades in various capacities at Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, including Deputy Fire Chief and EMS Quality Improvement Coordinator. Sarah's educational background includes an EMBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from Nevada State College.
