Plassiard Sébastien

Plassiard Sébastien has diverse work experience in design roles in various companies and as a freelancer since 2016. Currently, at MyLight Systems, they serve as the Head of Design, leading a team of 7 product designers and overseeing the creation and management of a design system. They were previously a Lead Product Designer at Figma and Dreem. They also worked as a Senior Product Designer at PrestaShop and as a Lead Designer in Ontex. Additionally, they have worked as a freelance independent lead designer and senior product designer. In terms of involvement within the industry, Plassiard Sébastien served as the Sketch Ambassador in Lyon and as an Associate at Time for the Planet, a company focused on combating climate change. They also contributed as a Professional Presenter at Sup de Pub - Groupe INSEEC. Furthermore, they were a Lead Product Designer at Toptal, an exclusive network of top freelance software developers, designers, and finance experts.

Plassiard Sébastien has a diverse education history. In 2020, they attended Le Laptop and completed the "This is Service Design Doing • Masterclass" in the field of Design Services. In 2018, Sébastien completed a Formation in UX Design at GOBELINS Paris. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued Marketing and Management studies, earning a degree at Université Savoie Mont Blanc. From 2002 to 2006, Sébastien attended Lycée Professionnel Privé La Fontaine, where they obtained a DEC (Diplôme d'Études Collégiales) in Art, Graphic Design, Communication, and Advertising.

Furthermore, Sébastien has earned additional certifications in various areas. In 2016, they obtained certifications in "3D Content Creation for Virtual Reality" and "UX Design Tools: Sketch" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Design Thinking: Prototyping" in 2016, also from LinkedIn.
