Vidhu Sharma

Vidhu Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, Vidhu worked at Mylo as a Talent Acquisition Lead, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, Vidhu held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mylo starting in November 2021.

Before joining Mylo, Vidhu worked at Smart Joules as a Talent Acquisition Lead from July 2021 to November 2021.

Vidhu's longest tenure was at Spinny, where they served as the Assistant Manager - Talent from August 2019 to June 2021. In this role, Vidhu worked closely with the AVP-HR to build a talent pipeline and manage talent initiatives for new hires. They also handled candidate and employee engagement.

Prior to Spinny, Vidhu worked at PeopleStrong as a Senior Recruitment Specialist from May 2018 to August 2019.

Vidhu has also gained experience at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition & Management from August 2016 to April 2017, Vidhu managed the US Employee Referral program and led various team-level L&D initiatives. As an Associate - Talent Acquisition & Management from March 2014 to July 2016, Vidhu worked on talent acquisition and management initiatives, including managing the US and India talent acquisition, ATS management, and process design and improvement projects. They also contributed to talent management activities such as employee engagement, entry and exit management, learning initiatives, and HR grievance management.

Vidhu's career began with an internship at TATA Power in May 2013.

Vidhu Sharma completed their education in a chronological manner. Vidhu started their academic journey by completing their 10th and 12th grade at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sri Ganganagar Cantt. from 2005 to 2009, where they focused on Humanities/Humanistic Studies. After that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration, English Literature, and History at Sri Aatm Vallabh Jain Girls College. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Vidhu enrolled in Jagan Institute Of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini) and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in HR & Finance. To enhance their professional skills, in July 2019, they earned a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from PeopleStrong.
