Addison Payden

Addison Payden has over 5 years of work experience in software engineering. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer for Mylo, a Lockton Company. From 2017 to 2021, they were an Associate Senior Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation. During this time, they designed, implemented, tested, and maintained numerous high-impact projects from scratch, improved the quality of life for other Cerner engineers, constructed new database views necessary in storing software asset inventory data within Azure Data Lake, and assisted in Maven dependency uplift to limit vulnerabilities in software asset inventory codebase. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Cerner Corporation, where they worked in conjunction with the University of Missouri Hospital to develop a web portal to allow patients to check and schedule appointments, complete clipboards, and message providers. They also implemented small scale changes for Tiger Institute\u2019s patient portal application, using Java\u2019s Spring Framework. From 2014 to 2016, Addison Payden was a Technical Support Analyst at the University of Missouri Division of IT, where they analyzed and assessed technical repairs for customers, identified and corrected performance issues, and maintained records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.

Addison Payden received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Edwardsville High School.
