Germaine Davis MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Insurance Broker for The Brokerage Inc. From 2007 to 2008, they were an Account Manager for Evercare, where they trained insurance agents and acted as a liaison between doctor offices and the social worker community. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Insurance Consultant for UCentric Solutions, LLC, providing communication to clients and designing material for employee communication enrollment events. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Director Community Relations for Sunrise Senior Living, communicating with local media sources and working with local community agencies. From 2012 to 2019, they were a Medical Sales Representative for Inogen, auditing CMN Form 484 and developing referral relationships with the medical community. Since 2020, they have worked as a Small Business Consultant for Mylo, a Lockton Company, managing sales of employee benefit programs and conducting client strategy meetings.

Germaine Davis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Griffin Business College, obtained between 1981 and 1984. In 2010, they went on to pursue a Masters Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, also in Business Administration. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Missouri State Insurance Commission for Missouri Life and Health, and from Remington College for AHIMA Diploma Medical Coding & Billing.
