Jay B.

Jay B. has extensive work experience in the healthcare recruitment industry. Jay started their career at HCL Workforce Solutions in 2006, where they worked as a Sr Recruitment Consultant, focusing on staffing and recruitment of doctors in the NHS. At HCL, they generated revenue by booking doctors, trained junior staff, and liaised with medical staffing during on-call and weekend shifts.

In 2008, Jay B. joined Medacs Healthcare as a Team Manager, where they managed a team and continued to recruit doctors for the NHS. Jay then moved to Reed in 2010 as an Operations Manager, overseeing delivery operations for various recruitment teams in different geographies, including nurse recruitment in England, AHP recruitment in Australia, and IT, construction, and oil & gas recruitment in the Middle East.

Jay B. joined Global Medics in 2011 as the Head of Operations, specializing in recruiting doctors in the NHS for locum work. Jay also worked with AER International in the UK and with Global Medics Australia during this time.
