Donnetta Reynolds

Donnetta Reynolds has extensive experience in client service and pharmacy operations, currently serving as a Pharmacy Operation Representative II at myMatrixx since December 2014. Previously, Donnetta worked at Citigroup from April 1997 to January 2010, holding roles such as Senior Service Representative, Client Service Officer, and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included resolution management and effective communication with clients. Prior experience includes serving as Branch Manager's Assistant and Sales Assistant at NationsSecurities/Bank of America from April 1993 to April 1997. Donnetta holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Management with an emphasis on Business from Tampa College and has also attended Bristow High School and Tulsa Junior College.
