Austin Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Austin is currently working as a Software Engineer at MyMedicareBot since June 2018, where they are responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and the Drug Cost/Copay engine and API. Prior to this, Austin worked as a Freelance Consultant at Laconique starting from August 2016. From April 2016 to July 2016, they held the role of Manager of Software Engineering at DRX - A Subsidiary of Connecture, where they managed two teams for commercial insurance transaction sites. Austin also served as the Principal Application Developer for Internal Operations at the same company from December 2012 to March 2016, during which they provided technical solutions to development teams and handled government solutions, including requirement analysis and data process optimization. Furthermore, Austin worked as the Lead Application Developer for Government projects at DRX from June 2004 to December 2012, where they built and maintained prescription drug pricing and annual calculation logic, as well as the Medicare Enrollment portal.
Austin Lee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine, which they attended from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern California from 2003 to 2005.
